The heat storage behaviour had only a minor effect due to the lack of external insulation. This was reflected in the fact there is only moderate protection against overheating in summer and strong cooling of the outer walls in winter. The moisture buffering was classified as low due to the low sorption capacity of the interior plaster and the interior paint that were used.
